Why Not Us?

This morning I was on the treadmill at my gym when a young
muscled up guy walked by me with an old worn and tattered tee-
shirt on. Nothing unusual about that, the lettering on the back was
faded and hard to read. Then I saw what it said. WHY NOT US?
WHY NOT NOW? I almost jumped off my treadmill. David asked
his brothers “is there not a cause?” Is there not a reason that we
are here right now in this place in time. The scripture speaks of a
“time such as this”. I ask you the question that has echoed in my
ears all day. WHY NOT US? WHY NOT NOW?
